Steps On The Road Again
Steps are back! Following the success of Steps Reunion, Sky living went on the road with Steps as they prepared for their first tour as a band in over 10 years.

The series concluded with the question, is this the last we’ve seen of Steps? Watch this space…
Steps Reunion
Ten years after their acrimonious split on Boxing Day 2001, Claire joined her former STEPS bandmates for a Sky Living documentary, charting their rise to fame and to find out where it all went wrong.
Over four weeks the band discussed the highs and lows of being in Steps, and announced an arena tour to support the The Ultimate Collection.
The series concluded with a number one album and a sell out tour.
Slave To Food
When Claire lost a whopping five stone back in 2008, she thought she had found her answer.
In this three-part documentary for Sky Living HD this September, Claire attempted to uncover the real reason why she has such an unhealthy attitude to food and the effect her yo-yo dieting is having on her body.
With the help of industry experts, fellow dieters and celebrity friends, Claire aimed to find out if she can reprogramme her eating habits and break her obsession with junk food.
Over the course of a year, the cameras followed Claire to see if she can win her battle against the binge eating.
Popstar To Operastar
Claire took part in the second series of ITV’s Popstar to Operastar alongside X Factor winner 2009 Joe McElderry, Ultravox frontman Midge Ure, Toploader’s Joe Washbourn, Erasure’s Andy Bell, Bucks Fizz’s Cheryl Baker, The Pussycat Dolls’ Melody Thornton, Steps’ Claire Richards and US soul singer Jocelyn Brown.
Claire finished third in competition, narrowly missing out on the final to Cheryl Baker and eventual winner Jo McElderry.

My Big Fat Wedding
An estimated 70 per cent of women try to lose weight before they get married and Claire Richards, one fifth of superstar pop group Steps, is no exception.
During her pop career she was the archetypal size 8 popstar, but when the band split up she ballooned to a size 20. Now, with her wedding day looming, Claire must try and shift the weight and avoid being a fat bride.
In a revealing observational documentary, we follow Claire’s efforts to go from overweight couch potato to her dream size 12 in time for her wedding. She tries to shed the pounds whilst battling her insatiable love of food, look after her baby and kick start her pop career. Along the way she attends a brutal bridal boot camp, faces the dreaded paparazzi on the red carpet and meets fellow brides that have lost weight before their big day.
Finally just days before her wedding she gets to try on her dream dress, but will it fit?
