Hi Claire, I just so happened to turn on the tv last night after having one of the worst days of my life(i weighed myself lol) and your programme was on,immediately i was fixed to the tv as it was just like watching meyself on the tv!I have yo-yo dieted since i was practically born! iv been fat thin medium slim and so on… im just so sick of it!!! iv tried every diet,every diet club,and every diet pill, Anyway i will stop rambling on about me i just wanted to tell you that you look amazing whatever size you are ! and all those **** heads who were leaving you nasty comments need to get a bloody life !
