5 Step Fat Attack!

Claire Richards takes you through her five-step approach to weight loss. Easing into the workouts with warm-up routines, the programme moves onto cardiovascular exercises that will also help develop muscle strength, posture, and agility.
After some high energy choreographed routines, there are toning exercises to improve posture, before the programme winds down with some light stretching exercises to reduce stress levels.
