I’m really looking forward to reading this as we think you are such a warm and honest person. We enjoyed your documentary on weight issues Claire. We lost 6.5 stone in weight by EATING – yes you can eat – take a look at our food blog – forgetdietingforever.blogspot. We couldn’t believe the weight we were losing while eating all this REAL delicious food. Take a leap of faith and ditch diets. Perhaps we should write a book and call it ‘Less of me’?

My partner bought it for my kindle for holiday but couldn’t resist reading it before, couldn’t put it down! Saw you all in Newmarket a fortnite ago got drenched and lost my handbag LOL but was so worth it, got my bag and it’s contents back the next day which was good LOL xxx
